The state after the collection is created and before initialize is completed. For GroupChannelCollection, the initialize refers to the first call of GroupChannelCollection.loadMore. For MessageCollection and NotificationCollection, the initialize refers to the MessageCollection.initialize, NotificationCollection.initialize respectively.
