The Analytics page provides a comprehensive view of the activities within your platform, enabling you to monitor rule triggers and actions taken as a result of those triggers. This guide will help you navigate the analytics page effectively.

You can access the analytics page by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Sendbird Dashboard.
  2. Go to your Application > Moderation > Advanced moderation > Analytics.


Components of the Analytics page

The Analytics page consists of the following components:

1. Date range and Filters

  • Date range: At the top of the page, you can select the date range for the data you wish to view. Options include last 7 days, 14d days, 31 days, or a custom range.

  • Filters: Next to the date range, you can select specific rules to refine the data displayed on the analytics graphs. You can select up to 10 rules.


2. Rule trigger count

  • This graph displays the number of times each rule has been triggered over the selected period.
  • Each bar in the graph represents a rule, and the height of the bar indicates the number of times the rule has been triggered.
  • Data is shown on a daily basis, and you can hover over each bar to see the exact count.


3. Action taken count

  • This graph shows the actions taken as a result of the rule triggers.
  • Each bar in the graph represents an action taken, and the height of the bar indicates the number of times the action has been taken.
  • Data is shown on a daily basis, and you can hover over each bar to see the exact count.


4. Rule details

  • This list provides detailed information about each rule, including the rule name, the number of times the rule has been triggered, and the actions taken as a result of the rule trigger.
  • For example, you can see how many times a rule has been triggered, and which actions were most commonly taken as a result.
