Sendbird Desk Widget demonstrates how Sendbird Desk can optimize your customer service through advanced chat features and customizable ticket automation.

Step 1 Create a Sendbird application

First, create a Sendbird Desk application on the Sendbird Dashboard. Stay signed in to see if your tickets are properly created on the dashboard.

Step 2 Copy your Application ID

Go to the Overview page and copy your Application ID. You can also find the ID under Settings > Application > General.

Step 3 Log into Sendbird Desk Widget

Open Sendbird Desk Widget and enter your App ID, User ID, and Name. Then, click Login. You can also create a test account on the widget.

Step 4 Create a ticket

You can now start a conversation to create a ticket by clicking on the bubble icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. Once you send a message, a ticket will be created on the Tickets page of the dashboard.
